We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Terry Spillane and John Field as Joint First Team Managers.

Terry Spillane is a non-league heavyweight with a winning pedigree and fierce commitment to the game. He’s managed and transformed clubs across the region — now, he brings his vision and edge to Soul THFC.

John Field is a sharp, modern coach with a reputation for player development and tactical innovation. He’s here to inject fresh ideas and bring out the best in every player.

Together, they’re ready to lead us into the next chapter of our journey — not just as a football club, but as a movement.
